Cheese and cake are both delicious, and when combined, they make for an amazing dessert! But, it isn’t a healthy option as the average slice of cheesecake is around 500 calories, and a piece from a restaurant can range from 800-1,330 calories per slice – almost all your daily calories!
In this recipe, I replaced many of the ingredients high in fat and sugar with healthier options such as cashews, Greek yogurt and honey to make it sweet. You can add berries on top – raspberries, blueberries, blackberries or strawberries – as they’re packed with antioxidants, which may help fight cancer.
