For a dozen years, Boston Young Black Professionals (YBP) has been a hub for networking, fellowship and community building among Black professionals ages 21-38.
The nonprofit, founded by Henry Johnson when he was new to the area, has grown to include 2,000 members. Monthly events – like the Presidents Day Weekend ski and snowboard trip to Gunstock Mountain Resort in New Hampshire – are infused with intention and aimed at connecting Black and brown folks in a city that can feel isolating and, at times, unwelcoming to minorities.
Support the organization this Black History Month by joining or making a donation today.
