Sorelle opened its doors in Abington this past Spring and takes a modern, fresh twist on traditional Italian cuisine.
Chef Andrea Schnell changes her menu seasonally to reflect the freshest ingredients in her dishes. During these last few weeks of summer, the menu features appetizers, including basil fried shrimp, Maine mussels and burrata salad with heirloom tomatoes, and entrees of citrus-marinated pork tenderloin, seared Faroe Island salmon, summer vegetable penne with roasted garlic butter and much more. There is also a bar, brick oven pizza and a gluten-free menu.
Sorelle will begin opening for lunch in early September.
