Go grey in May

by
brain tumor

May is Brain Tumor Awareness Month, and with world-renowned hospitals located in the heart of our city, it’s important that we work to help these institutions further research.

The American Cancer Society estimates that about 23,880 malignant, or cancerous, tumors will be diagnosed this year in the U.S. Researchers continue to work on identifying risk factors, and treatment methods are becoming more effective and improving each year.

By participating in local fundraising events such as the Brain Tumor Ride or the Brain Tumor Walk in Boston, we can help make the future brighter for brain tumor patients.
