An article from Newsbreak revealed the aging process hits in our 40s and again in our 60s. The research tracked thousands of molecules in men and women between 25-75.

Co-author Dr. Xiaotao Shen says, “This suggests that while menopause or perimenopause may contribute to the changes observed in women … there are likely more significant factors influencing these changes in both men and women.” She says it’s vital to identify these factors.
