It’s that time of year again as Boston students take their final steps to “Pomp and Circumstance” and receive their much-anticipated diplomas. It’s a time of excitement and celebration in Boston, but not if you can’t find parking or score a dinner reservation. Here are some tips for navigating commencement weekends around town.
• Plan for additional traffic when driving anywhere in the city during commencement.
• Make restaurant reservations a week or more in advance – OpenTable is a great tool.
• Take advantage of public transportation & campus shuttles.
• If you have to drive, search ahead for parking lots near your destination.
