This summer, we’re staying fit in the fresh air with these outdoor fitness classes offered in Boston.
• BronCore Bootcamp is a 45-minute hardcore workout taught in Government Center Plaza every Tuesday at 6 PM.
• Seaport Sweat is back again, offering free classes Monday through Friday on the beautiful Seaport Common. The classes range from yoga and HIIT classes to the infamous Kick It By Eliza!
• Poolside Yoga at the Colonnade Hotel, taught by Rebecca Pacheco every Wednesday at 6:45 AM. Yoga by the pool is a refreshing morning start! Free for hotel guests, and $20 for non-guests.
