Fall Fitness Tips


It’s much harder to work out in the fall with the cold weather and long, dark hours. However, being a CrossFit Games athlete has taught me to adapt to the seasons so my workouts remain strong.

One of the biggest tips I have for fall is to make sure you stay disciplined and get up in the morning for your workouts. It’s going to be dark regardless of whether you work out before or after work, so just get it done!

Be sure to wear a light jacket until your muscles are warmed up; proper stretching and breakfast are key.
