Everyone’s feelings on fall differ, but the truth is September in New England is the perfect time to get back into a healthy routine.

Yes, it’s sad that summer is over. But, let’s all rejoice that the free pass for hot dogs and ice cream has ended, getting us back on track for healthier bodies!

As the leaves change and the weather cools, use it to get outside, be active, go for hikes, try a new running route or walk to work. Winter will be here before you know it, so start a routine you can continue through the cold.
