Bonetown Burgers & BBQ restaurant is now open in Cranston, Rhode Island. Bonetown is the culmination of the careers of two of the most unique chefs in New England. Rich Cambriello started the Bonetown brand over six years ago, slinging creative handcrafted burgers from his “heavy metal” food truck, Daddy’s Bonetown Burgers.
Two years ago, chef Shane Caledonia joined Bonetown and rolled out his food truck, Baby’s Bonetown BBQ, which serves up authentic hardwood-smoked barbecue and homemade sides with chef-inspired specials.
Now Shane and Rich bring you Bonetown’s first official restaurant, serving barbecue and burger favorites from their trucks.
