• Freeze a plastic water bottle and put it between your knees when you go to sleep. It keeps you cool and when you wake up thirsty, you’ll have water.
• Stick your sheets in the freezer (in a plastic bag) a few minutes before bed.
• Freeze a gel sleep mask to keep your face cool.
