It’s that time of year again – football, pumpkin spice everything, and illness. That’s right – cold and flu season. Here are tips to keep healthy this season.

• Wash your hands. Washing frequently with antibacterial soap is the key to killing germs at the source.

• Get a flu shot. Flu viruses change over time, so it’s wise to protect yourself every year.

• Keep moving. Just because the weather get colder doesn’t mean you should stop working out. Keep going to the gym, doing yoga, playing sports, etc.

• Drink fresh juice. Fresh-pressed juices provide added nutrients to keep your immune system healthy.
