In 2016, 29-year-old Matt Wetherbee suffered a significant spinal cord injury that left him paralyzed. Fighting to overcome his paralysis, Wetherbee sought out Journey Forward, a nonprofit organization that provides an intense, exercise-based program to regain lifelong functions.
Matt created the MW Fund to provide scholarships for others looking to benefit from extensive rehabilitation therapy.
Join the MW Fund on Sept. 21 at the Lawn on D for the 2nd Annual #BEESTRONG Bash. There will be food, drinks and live music by Mike Rollins & Co. and French Lick Band. All proceeds support the MW Fund Scholarship Program.
