Why you need to try Foss Sauce

Foss Farms is family owned and operated on Cape Cod with 18 different retail locations and is the exclusive sauce of Boston Children’s Hospital. While you may have enjoyed Foss Sauce on Cape Cod this summer, it’s coming to the Boston area for retail this year.

The signature item is the tomato sauce. It’s only five ingredients, which include extra-virgin olive oil, tomatoes, basil, garlic and sea salt. It’s the sauce with the lowest sodium on the market. The sauce is cooked and reduced down naturally for two hours before adding the hand-cut basil at the last second.
