What the heck is maple water? Water from inside a tree. Period. Also known as maple sap, it’s the pure, refreshing water collected from Vermont maple trees. Similar to coconut water, it’s full of electrolytes and nutrients but has half the calories and sugar.
So hydrate, people! I prefer pounding it straight up, but try it in smoothies and cocktails for added flavor and nutrients.
