Boston has some great juice bars if you’re looking to enjoy a cold smoothie in the warm weather. Be careful choosing smoothies or juices, as some have too much natural sugar. Analyze the ingredients and try ordering a drink made mostly of vegetables with some fruit, not vice versa.
Since the fruits are juiced, you could be drinking three oranges, two apples, and 30 berries instead of just one fruit. Try smoothies with turmeric, maca powder, hemp seeds, goji berries or cacao nibs also! Jugos, Cocobeet, Stacy’s Juice Bar, Juice Press and Mother Juice are all great Boston juice bars.
