If visions of sugarplums (not to mention latkes, eggnog and other holiday indulgences) continue to dance in your head, fear not: the Parks Fitness Series returns in 2024, boasting heart pumping workouts for denizens of Beantown and beyond, free of charge.
Choose virtual daily workouts (from ZumbaⓇ and yoga to cardio kickboxing and strength conditioning) or in-person weekly workouts (think Afrobeats Dance and Tai Chi).
The initiative – a partnership between the Boston Parks and Recreation Department and the Public Health Commission – is sponsored by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts.
