The Hockomock Area YMCA recently held its Reach Out for Youth and Families breakfast at Gillette Stadium. A record attendance of 770 people (236 were first-time donors) helped kick off the annual appeal to support programs that enrich members’ health and well-being regardless of their ability to pay.
New England Patriot Nate Solder was honored for his commitment to the YMCA and Gold Star wife Megan Van De Giesen highlighted the YMCA’s integral role in helping her children to grow into confident, happy kids.
Last year, the YMCA awarded $2 million in confidential scholarships. Visit here to donate.
