As last week’s temperatures soared, thoughts in our office turned to golf and how to get into shape for the 2018 season.
Some tips to get you course ready and hopefully shave some strokes off your handicap:
Strengthen the core: crunches, leg lifts and Russian twists with a medicine ball
Stretch your muscles: yoga, Pilates or old-fashioned stretches for legs, arms and hips will increase range of movement
Tempo train: the weighted trainer helps keep your swing even and increases flexibility
Practice putting: (the toughest part of the game) use any surface, rug, tile or floor, including fun targets
