This year, the UN’s World Day of Social Justice is Feb. 20, and its theme this year is “Workers on the Move: the Quest for Social Justice.”
There are an estimated 258 million international migrants – most of which were driven by a lack of work opportunities. People are trying to make better lives and must migrate to new areas in order to find work. Even when work isn’t the main reason initially, it usually becomes important during the migrant process.
No matter your political stance, don’t stop caring for other human beings. On Feb. 20, do something to help others!
