When training for a marathon, it’s likely that your legs will “feel the burn” as you hit mile 10, if not before, but don’t let your skin suffer too!

Here are my favorite SPF’s to wear leisurely or when hitting the pavement. These face and body products are safe, clean and cosmetically elegant.

Athletes competing in the Boston Marathon should apply a heavy layer of SPF 20 minutes before the race to avoid sun damage even if it’s an overcast day.
