Even with a summer full of travel plans, sticking to your workout regime doesn’t have to be difficult. Why not sneak in a body-weight workout at the airport?

Try a circuit next time you’re waiting for your flight. Something like pushups, squat jumps and planks. Try three rounds of 15 reps, and you’ll break a sweat.

Once you reach your destination, YouTube is an excellent resource for at-home workouts that you can do. If you can, bring some resistance bands in place of weights to turn it up a notch and really work off those fruity dinner drinks.
