Mentoring conversations about five-year plans are everywhere these days. I recall the wise advice, wasted in my younger years, that said, “Don’t play games with time.”
As a creative spirit, I never had a plan. Instead, I lived each moment like it was my very last, creating my own trails as I went. It may feel like it’s now or never, but my studio continues to fill up with creative dreams, mentored by the art that surrounds me.
As all great leaders know, creative minds change lives. They move us toward a society of greater inclusion, integrity and value.
