Dean Marsico and Derek Stearns, general managers of Hingham’s Plymouth Quarries, have officially signed on to assist in the redesign of the former Hanover shopping complex. The single-story retail area, renamed Merchants Row, is located at 2053 Washington St. in Hanover, Massachusetts.
The pair was brought in by developer FP Giglio Properties to assist in renovating the 10-acre property. The new layout will feature a shopping plaza interconnected by a combination of beautifully landscaped green spaces and a central courtyard artfully designed with over 4,000 square feet of Plymouth Quarries’ exclusive Giallo stone, imported direct from Italy.
