I never used to make real New Year’s resolutions. I had the cliché “lose weight” goal, but who doesn’t after a holiday season filled with comfort food and hibernation?
Although I didn’t finish everything this year, what I accomplished was beneficial and inspired me to think of new resolutions for 2018. My tip is to think about the things you want to learn, places you want to visit, and personality or behavioral changes you want to make.
Give yourself something meaningful to strive for that makes you better for yourself and others, and you’ll be starting off a great year!
