It’s that time of year when nearly everyone has given up on their resolutions. Not accomplishing your goals on the first try may mean your goals are really big, and consequently really worth it!
Tips to keep in mind when you’re working towards any goal:
– Don’t let fear dictate your chances at success. Practice letting go of fear … the minute doubt creeps into your thoughts, put your foot down.
– Don’t compare yourself to others.
– Cut yourself some slack. Forming new habits is a process.
