The signature item is the tomato sauce. It’s only five ingredients, which include extra-virgin olive oil, tomatoes, basil, garlic and sea salt. It’s the sauce with the lowest sodium on the market. The sauce is cooked and reduced down naturally for two hours before adding the hand-cut basil at the last second.
