We started selling our own garlic oil and a dipping oil made with garlic, rosemary and additional spices. You can try infusing at home but be cautious, as some ingredients require cooking or special preparation to avoid foodborne illnesses. Certain microorganisms thrive in oil because of its lack of oxygen, so research thoroughly before infusing.
