An internship looks great on a college application and provides job experience in an office setting. That’s why I decided to pursue an internship as a high school student.
For four weeks this summer I interned at Goodwin Group PR. I had an early interest in business, so spending a portion of my summer at a small-but-powerful company was a great fit for me. I was given many tasks during my time at Goodwin PR. These included drafting media pitches, organizing files, researching editorial calendars and writing articles.
I’ve actually decided to pursue business as my college major.
