Catania Oils Turkey Fry

There are many ways to give thanks and one company, Catania Oils, has an ongoing tradition for their 160 employees with their Annual Turkey Fry. Each year, the team cooks a massive Thanksgiving meal for their team, frying over ten turkeys and trays of chicken wings.

They also serve mashed potatoes, stuffing, cranberry sauce and corn. President Joe Basile led the turkey carving, with Kevin Cyr as the head chef.
