As it goes any time a new president enters the White House, we’re going to be hearing a lot about the “first 100 days,” or the period for priority-setting and gauging the tone of the new administration. But this concept isn’t limited to politics — we see it in the business world, as well, such as when a new CEO takes over.

While there may not be many business results to discuss during this period, a new CEO should use the early days of their tenure to address expectations, set an agenda and begin to execute their plans.
